Students and teachers at all 10 schools in the Ithaca City School District participated in making this 54 foot long mosaic mural that represents the southern end of Cayuga lake, the waterways that feed it, and the land that surrounds it. There was broad based community support for this project, including support from the Ithaca Public Education Initiative, the Ithaca Fine Arts Booster Group, the Community Arts Partnership, the City of Ithaca, and the United Way.
